This is Birla Evara, a new building by Birla Estates that is an apartment village. It's in East Bangalore's Kodathi neighborhood, close to Sarjapur Road. It takes up 25 acres for the project. It has 13 tall buildings with 1,594 flats in them. The 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK flats have floor plans that are between 449 and 1630 square feet in size. It's at least 77 Lakhs expensive.
